D.M. Galloway is an accomplished filmmaker, stop-motion animator, and writer specializing in high-fidelity practical character animation and narrative production. Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Directing from the School of Visual Arts, he brings over a decade and a half of industry experience to every frame, anchoring his work in a native 24 frames per second baseline.

As the head of independent production, his creative portfolio spans award-winning commercial campaigns, theatrical pre-roll content, and imaginative shorts for major entertainment brands including Universal, Disney, Sony, Hasbro, and NECA. Balancing technical precision across puppet fabrication, physical cinematography, and digital compositing, he continues to push the boundaries of independent stop-motion storytelling.

A veteran Creative Design Director, Steve built his career specializing in trend-driven licensed apparel across global markets, mastering the art of building commercially successful properties from concept to execution. At Field of Stars, he brings this sharp commercial eye and design leadership to the studio's development slate, ensuring that every project is not only creatively compelling but primed for robust licensing, merchandising, and cross-platform growth.
